Sales of single family homes were up 7% this month from February but reflect a drop of 17% from last March.  The record breaking snow fall we received in March definitely affected sales but with consumer confidence high and good weather ahead, we expect a brisk spring market.

Today is a great day for outdoor clean-up work.  I'm heading out there now and hope to put in a good days work
